Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all order from SCHOW KARLSEN ART. Conditions also apply in cases where there are no other written agreements between the customer and SCHOW KARLSEN ART.

Delivery

SCHOW KARLSEN ART's delivery time is usually 3 to 6 weeks. Delivery time meaning the time when the customer has received the painting. It takes time to paint a painting by hand, and if the final product does not live up to SCHOW KARLSEN ART's quality standards necessary corrections will be made or the process starts all over again. The stated delivery period is indicative and may thus deviate.

Disclaimer

The customer is responsible that any submitted photos do not violate any copyrights. SCHOW KARLSEN ART cannot control if customers submit photos, where the customer does not own the copyrights.

Returns

SCHOW KARLSEN ART offers a 30-day return policy valid from the day you receive the painting. In case you regret your purchase, you may return the painting within 30 days. You are required to return the product in the same packaging and same condition as received. This is also true for the packaging and the info signs found on the product. You will bear the costs associated with returning the product. Return the product via a trackable method to ensure that the product is not lost during shipping. We cannot issue a refund for lost products. To get a refund please return the goods to:

Disclosure

Invoices can be delivered in Danish or English and are held by the company for 5 years, in accordance with Danish accounting law. It is not possible to access invoices from our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the invoice, please send an email to: support@schowkarlsen.com

Price and payment

SCHOW KARLEN ART allows you to pay with credit card. All prices on our webshop includes free shipping and Danish VAT if you are an European citizen. European companies can always contact us by email to get the product VAT free. The prices you see on the website is therefore the final total price.

SCHOW KARLSEN ART has the right to change the price of a product, but the customer always have the right to refuse an order if the customer does not want the product after any price change. SCHOW KARLSEN ART has the right to refuse an order if it is impossible to find an artist to produce the work.
